I admit, I cheated a little bit today. At lunch, I had a small bag of Famous Amos cookies and for dinner, I had Wedding Soup (obviously, it contains tiny meatballs). Even so, I am human; I am not perfect. Tomorrow will be a more focus and disciplined day! Otherwise, everything’s going well with my vegetarian diet! I feel as if I have more energy than usual (always a plus)! Also, I feel good about myself and I feel good about helping conserve the environment’s resources.

Breakfast: Quick Date-Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (from Alicia Silverstone’s The Kind Life Cookbook)
4 Prunes
1 small cup of Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
Lunch: Cranberry Juice
2 slices of Radicchio Pizza (The Kind Life Cookbook)
1 serving of Apple Sauce
1 small bag of Famous Amos Chocolate Chip cookies
Dinner: 2 servings of Wedding Soup
2 pieces of sourdough bread
1 cup of Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
Snack: 1 Squirt (Pop)
1 Cup of Green Tea (two packs of Sugar-in-the-Raw and NO HONEY!)
