I’m so proud of myself! Today, I walked for 45 minutes, baked Pumpkin Break for breakfast this week and ate health all day! My work has been encouraging its employees to participate in a health program. So, that’s part of my healthy program as well! One of the suggestions was to cut out the “empty calorie” food and drinks (such as pop and junk food) and replace them with healthier food and drinks. Instead of having my usual evening pop, I will be replacing it with a cup of tea!
