A semi-healthy day! Although, I must admit, this was the highlight of the day: Two European gentlemen (they looked about my age; one British and the other German) flirting with me at the Welcome Center. There’s nothing quite like a boost in self-esteem to motivate you (lol).

Breakfast: 1 slice of Pumpkin Bread
1 small glass of Silk Soy Vanilla Milk
Lunch: Cranberry Juice
SmartOnes Pasta Primavera
1 serving of applesauce
1 Special K Bar
Dinner: A FANTASTIC salad!
1 large glass of Silk Soy Vanilla Milk
Dessert: 1 small slice of Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake
Snack: 1 Squirt (Pop)
1 medium bowl of Mom’s Granola
