Sorry I haven’t posted on here in a while. Anywho: I have updates! Each week, I practice yoga 2-3 times. The main kind of yoga I do is “vinyasa”, which means flow. Basically, you do a lot of sun salutations and there are not a lot of pauses in between poses. I would say I’m a regular eater, but I try to stay away from red meat and junk food.
Ever since I watched the documentary Hungry For Change, I have tried to either consume foods with no chemicals or little chemicals. If you have time, PLEASE rent the movie (or watch it on Netflix streaming). It’s amazing what these processed chemicals are doing to our bodies.
Food really is medicine. You can heal yourself naturally with food.
Thanks to this change, I have discovered a really good yogurt called Siggi’s. It’s based out of New York City. There are absolutely NO chemicals in the yogurt. As far as I know, grass-fed and free range cows. Gluten free as well. No fake colorings, either. The two flavors I like are vanilla and blueberry. I’ll have to take a picture of the yogurt and post it on here.
