Greetings dedicated blog followers! Once again, I apologize for the lack of posts! Four weeks ago, I started a new full-time job. Everything’s going well, but I am still adjusting to having a full-time job (and working my hobbies, such as blogging, into my free time).
The first show I went to in the 2014 season was WICKED! This was the second time I’ve attended a Wicked performance- it is one of my favorite musicals (number two, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera is my number one)! Both women who played Elphaba and Glenda did a SPECTACULAR job! The whole casts was wonderful- the costumes, special effects and props were also incredible! I attended the show with some of my best friends from college. It was an enjoyable afternoon at the Benedum Center in Downtown Pittsburgh! 😀
My Mom and I attended Wednesday Night Wine Flight: Sonoma County at Cabaret at Theater Square. I’ve attended a few Wednesday Night Wine Flight events in the past (three Holiday Wine & Cheeses and Wine Down Under the Sails), and this event was just as nice as the others! Here was the spread for that night’s event.

Last night was the Eddie Izzard: Force Majeure show at the Byham Theater in Downtown Pittsburgh. It was INCREDIBLE! Eddie Izzard is one of my favorite comedians (Bill Maher and Ricky Gervais being the other two); I never thought I would see him live in person. It was truly a magical night! 😀
Three Cheers to wonderful shows, good food and fabulous art!
