Course #1: Crispy Salt & Pepper Shrimp! Battered and wok-seared with a spicy sweet soy ginger sauce & vegetables! This was my favorite dish of the night!

Back in mid-January, I attended the Winter 2018 Pittsburgh Restaurant Week with one of my co-workers! We decided on Eddie V’s due to 1) its proximity to our workplace and 2) Eddie V’s was one of the only PGH Restaurant Week menus we agreed we would both enjoy! XD
As I’m sure many of you know, several Pittsburgh restaurants will present a pre-fixe multi-course menu for one price (as part of PGH Restaurant Week). Of course, this is an incentive for diners to try either a new restaurant, or a restaurant they may not normally go to otherwise.
Here is a close up of Course #1 at Eddie V’s during Winter 2018 Pittsburgh Restaurant Week!
Course #2: Double Breast of Chicken! Roasted with mushrooms, shallots and natural jus. DELISH! 😀
Course #3: Fresh Fruit Sorbet served with fresh Homemade Cookies! The perfect ending to a wonderful meal! Thanks to Eddie V’s and our server, Ryan!
Well there you have it, folks!
Next up: Dinner at The Vandal and dessert at the Butterwood Bake Consortium!
