House- made donuts that my friend Steve and I shared last year (on St. Patrick’s Day) at Bar Marco!

If you know me well, you know I love brunch (go ahead and call me basic lol). Although the staff at Bar Marco enjoys my patronage, and does a good job at tolerating me during brunch. Here are my Bar Marco brunch adventures from this year and last!
I absolutely LOVED this dairy-free version of Salmon Eggs Benedict that Bar Marco did for me last year! The side salad that was paired with the main course was PERFECTION!
During three second trip to Bar Marco last year, I enjoyed this LOVELY Buckwheat Crepe filled with Bacon & Eggs! Of course, I “put an egg on it”! 😉
This year, my Mom and I return to Bar Marco for a pre-Mother’s Day brunch! Here is most of my spread, and my Mom’s bacon (lol). Details are coming!
Ricotta Pancakes with a Rhubarb Compote- HEAVENLY! 😀
My second favorite dish of brunch was these potatoes with this INCREDIBLE Aioli on the top (be still my beating heart)!
Lastly: an off-menu surprise from the kitchen: French Toast (which just-so-happened to be my favorite dish of the whole brunch (my Mom’s too)! I believe the bread came from Madeleine Bakery (in the Wilkinsburg neighborhood of Pittsburgh)!
Well there you have it, folks! Thank you Justin & staff for always creating a truly remarkable and special experience at Bar Marco (still my favorite restaurant)! ❤
