Day two and going strong! One of the things I love about this diet: I’m learning how to cook in the process! It’s not as hard (or scary) as I thought (lol).
Day Two- Food Diary: March 29, 2011:
Breakfast: Quick Date-Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

4 Prunes
1 small cup of Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
Lunch: Cranberry Juice
1 serving of Apple Sauce
½ Breakfast Burrito (Soft Tortilla, eggs, cheese and red peppers)
Dinner: 1 serving of Hot Rice with Cold Lemon, Tomato and Basil

1 cup of Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
Dessert: Rice Dream Mint Chocolate Non-Dairy Pie
Snack: Small bowl of Chex Mix
1 Squirt (Pop)
