Day 4!

Cheated a little bit today by eating a Three musketeers Bar. On the bright side, is 35% less fat than a regular chocolate bar! Tomorrow’s another day, and (this time, for sure!) I will make healthier choices!

On the bright side, I’ve lost one pound thus far (since starting my vegetarian diet)! I know it’s not much, but it’s a step in the right direction to a healthier me! If I lose weight, I will reduce my risk for heart disease & type 2 diabetes. Go me go!

Day 4: Thursday, March 31st, 2011

Breakfast: 1 Banana

8 Strawberries

8 Blueberries

1 small handful of Mom’s Granola (from Alicia Silverstone’s The Kind Life Cookbook)

Lunch: Cranberry Juice

2 slices of Radicchio Pizza

1 serving of Apple Sauce

1 Three Musketeers Bar

Dinner: 2 pieces of fish

2 servings of Hot Rice w/ Cold Lemon, Tomato and Basil (The Kind Life Cookbook)

1 serving of spinach

1 serving stewed tomatoes

Dessert: 1 serving Rice Dream Mint Chocolate Non-Dairy Pie

Snack: 1 Squirt (pop)

1 small bowl of Chex Mix
